1. Agreement
These Terms govern access to and use of Full Flex Google Connections and related services provided by Full Flex Marketing LLC (“Full Flex”). By authorizing a connection or using the service, you represent that you have authority to act for the applicable organization and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Service purpose
The service lets authorized clients connect supported Google products so Full Flex can perform agreed measurement, reporting, analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization services. The exact scope of work is governed by the client’s separate agreement with Full Flex. This site does not itself create an obligation for Full Flex to perform services beyond that agreement.
3. Authorization and account control
You must authorize only accounts and properties that you own or have permission to manage. You remain responsible for your Google accounts, users, permissions, and compliance obligations. You may revoke access at any time through Google or by contacting Full Flex.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, gain unauthorized access, interfere with service security, misrepresent account ownership, or transmit malicious code. You may not resell, reverse engineer, or exploit the service except as permitted by law or a written agreement with Full Flex.
5. Third-party services
Google products and APIs are third-party services governed by Google’s terms and policies. Their availability, features, data definitions, quotas, and permissions may change. Full Flex is not responsible for third-party outages, policy decisions, account suspensions, or data inaccuracies outside our reasonable control.
6. Recommendations and results
Marketing and measurement data can be incomplete, delayed, modeled, or affected by third-party systems and user behavior. Full Flex does not guarantee rankings, lead volume, sales, revenue, advertising approval, or any particular business result unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.
7. Confidentiality and data
Each party will handle non-public information according to the applicable client agreement and law. Our collection and use of personal information and Google user data are described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Suspension and termination
Full Flex may suspend or terminate a connection when required for security, legal or policy compliance, nonpayment under a client agreement, suspected unauthorized activity, or termination of the underlying engagement. You may stop using the service and revoke access at any time.
9. Disclaimer and limitation
Except as expressly provided in a signed agreement, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Full Flex disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the service. Any liability will be limited as stated in the applicable client agreement or, if none applies, to the fees paid for the affected service during the prior three months.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service, law, or third-party requirements. The revised Terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
