1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Full Flex Marketing LLC (“Full Flex,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when a client or authorized user connects Google products to Full Flex Google Connections or uses related measurement and marketing services.
2. Information we collect
We may collect business contact and account information you provide, connection metadata, audit logs, and data you authorize Google to make available. Depending on the services selected, authorized Google data may include:
- Google Ads: customer and campaign identifiers, settings, ads, keywords, search terms, costs, delivery, conversion, attribution, impression-share, and competitive metrics.
- Google Analytics: property and stream configuration, aggregated traffic, acquisition, engagement, event, conversion, audience, and landing-page reporting.
- Google Search Console: verified property information, queries, pages, countries, devices, clicks, impressions, click-through rate, average position, indexing, and inspection results.
- Google Business Profile: authorized account, location, category, profile, performance, and customer-interaction information made available by Google’s APIs.
We do not receive or store your Google password. Authentication is handled directly by Google.
3. How we use Google user data
We use Google user data only to provide or improve the services requested by the applicable client, including account audits, reporting, attribution analysis, issue detection, campaign and website recommendations, and authorized optimization work. We may also use limited technical logs to secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the connection.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising unrelated to the client engagement. We may disclose information only to: (a) personnel and contractors who need it to perform the requested services and are subject to confidentiality obligations; (b) infrastructure and security providers acting on our instructions; (c) the client organization and its authorized representatives; or (d) authorities when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
We do not transfer Google user data to data brokers, use it to determine creditworthiness or lending eligibility, or allow humans to read it except with the user’s affirmative agreement for the requested service, for security or abuse investigation, to comply with law, or when the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
5. Storage and security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data. OAuth credentials and tokens are kept separate from public application code, access is limited to authorized systems and personnel, and client connections are logically separated. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
6. Retention and deletion
We retain connection credentials and authorized data only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested services, meet contractual or legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect the service. When a connection ends, we revoke or delete active credentials and delete or de-identify retained Google user data according to our client agreement and operational backup cycle, unless longer retention is legally required.
To request disconnection, access, correction, export, or deletion, email privacy@fullflex.agency. We may need to verify your identity and authority for the relevant client account.
7. Your choices and revocation
You may revoke Full Flex access at any time from your Google Account connections. You may also contact us to disconnect a client workspace. Revocation stops future API access but does not automatically remove records we must retain for legal, security, or contractual reasons.
8. Cookies and site data
This informational site may receive standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp for security and reliability. We do not use this site to sell personal information or run third-party behavioral advertising.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date. Material changes affecting connected clients may also be communicated through the client relationship.
