By accessing or using the AuRevoir application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access the App.
AuRevoir is a proprietary internal Revenue Operations platform developed by Full Flex Marketing LLC. The App integrates with internal data sources and external APIs, such as the Google Ads API, to facilitate marketing analysis, reporting, and business automation.
Access to AuRevoir is limited to authorized employees, contractors, and designated agents of Full Flex Marketing LLC. You agree to use the App only for legitimate internal business purposes, keep login credentials confidential, and not share access or data with unauthorized external parties.
The AuRevoir application, including its code, design, layout, and functionality, is the exclusive intellectual property of Full Flex Marketing LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its included software.
Full Flex Marketing LLC may suspend or terminate access to AuRevoir at any time, without prior notice, including for employment termination, role changes, or a breach of these Terms or internal policies.
The App is provided for internal use on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Full Flex Marketing LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding continuous availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.
